You agree to recurring automated promotional texts about NY Minute Dating events, offers and dating tips. Message delivery begins once our SMS program is available. Message frequency varies. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing tickets, attending an event or using our services. Providing a phone number or accepting general website terms does not by itself enroll you in promotional SMS.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also use our contact page to request help or withdrawal of your SMS signup before messaging begins. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation text. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Separate choices

Promotional SMS consent is separate from email preferences and any event-reminder SMS consent. Consent to reminders does not enroll you in promotional texts. These SMS terms govern SMS enrollment if older general terms contain different messaging-consent language.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process necessary information solely to operate and deliver our messaging program. Mutual-match contact exchange is a separate service and does not transfer SMS consent.
