The interaction, communication, and any potential matching are entirely up to the participants. Our role is limited to organizing the event and providing an environment conducive to meeting other singles.

  2. Offline Service: NY Minute Dating is fundamentally an offline service. While we maintain a website for the convenience of ticket sales and event management, we do not offer online dating services, user profiles, or the ability for participants to communicate through our site. Interaction among participants occurs exclusively at our events.

  3. Information Use: Any information collected from participants, such as height, race, or religion, is solely for the purpose of organizing and tailoring future events to better suit the interests and backgrounds of attendees. This information is not used to create individual profiles, nor is it shared or displayed publicly.

  4. Contact Information Exchange: Post-event, participants may access the contact information of other attendees whom they have mutually matched with during the event through our website. By participating in NY Minute Dating events, you acknowledge and accept the nature of our services as described above. You agree that the scope of our responsibility is limited to providing the venue, setting, and opportunity for meeting other singles and that any further interactions or relationships developed at our events are beyond the control and responsibility of NY Minute Dating or Pro Singles Events USA LLC.

Service Refusal

NY Minute Dating reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Event Participation

Participants must be at least 21 years old and ready to present proof of identity and age if requested.

Dress Code and Hygiene

Appropriate dress and hygiene are required for all NY Minute Dating events. Participants are expected to dress to impress as it's a singles event. Attire should be smart and suitable for a social setting – no hoodies, sweatshirts, gym wear, or shorts. Men and women are encouraged to dress sharply. NY Minute Dating reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone dressed inappropriately or not adhering to the dress code.

Speed Dating Event Conduct

During our speed dating events, you are prohibited from asking for direct contact information, making sexual, lewd, or inappropriate remarks, or engaging in inappropriate physical contact. Loitering outside the event venue or failing to leave when requested by the venue staff or our host is not permitted. You are required to move onto your next date promptly when our host signals. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave without a refund or credit for your ticket.


Refund and Rescheduling Policy

NY Minute Dating offers a flexible refund and credit system to accommodate your needs:

  • Cancellation Policy: You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your participation at least 7 days before the event date. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event, you will not receive a refund; however, you will receive a credit equal to the value you paid, applicable towards another event. Same-day cancellations will forfeit their ticket and are not eligible for a refund or credit for a future event. NY Minute Dating reserves the right to make exceptions at its discretion.

  • Event Rescheduling:

    • If an event is postponed or relocated, you agree to attend the event at the newly scheduled time or venue.
    • If you are unable to attend the event due to the rescheduling, please inform NY Minute Dating immediately. While refunds are not issued in this scenario, you will receive a credit that can be used for future events.
    • In the rare case that an event is permanently canceled, you will be issued a full refund.

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is permanently canceled by NY Minute Dating, you will receive a full refund.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. For any changes or cancellations, please contact NY Minute Dating promptly to ensure proper handling of your reservation and payments.

Communication and Marketing Consent

By providing your contact information on any part of NYMinuteDating.com, whether or not you complete a purchase, you expressly consent to join our mailing and contact list. You agree to receive promotional and informational communications via email and SMS from NY Minute Dating or Pro Singles Events USA LLC.

You acknowledge and accept that:

  1. Continuous Contact: We reserve the right to contact you at any time regarding updates, offers, and event information pertinent to your interests and participation in our events.

Mutual Match Disclaimer

NY Minute Dating provides a platform for social interaction and connection among singles through organized events. However, we would like to clarify the following:

  1. No Guarantee of Match: While many participants have successfully found mutual matches and established relationships through our events, NY Minute Dating does not guarantee that you will receive a mutual match during any of our events. The nature and outcome of social interactions can vary greatly between individuals.

  2. Entertainment Purpose: Our events should be considered a form of entertainment and an opportunity to meet new people. We do not promise any specific results or outcomes from your participation.

  3. No Liability for Single Status: Continued single status cannot be attributed to NY Minute Dating or Pro Singles Events USA LLC. We provide a venue and opportunity for meeting new people, but the development of any relationships is contingent upon the mutual consent and interaction of the participants involved.

By participating in our events, you acknowledge and accept that the results of social interactions, including the possibility of a mutual match, vary and are not under the control of NY Minute Dating. You agree to engage in our events with an understanding of this perspective and not hold NY Minute Dating or Pro Singles Events USA LLC responsible for any lack of matches or subsequent interactions.

Event Timeliness

Participants are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time of the event. Event start times listed on our website or advertisements indicate when you should be at the venue, not when the dating sessions will commence. The sessions will start once the majority of participants are checked in. Refunds or credits are not provided for session start time delays due to the check-in process or event explanations.

Food and Drink Policy

Ticket prices cover the cost of participation in the event itself and not any food or drink. While some events may offer food or drinks, these are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not the focal point of the event. No refunds or compensation will be provided if you miss out on these offerings. Participants agree to purchase at least one drink or food item during the event to support the venue and ensure the continuation of our partnership. Water does not count towards this requirement.

Participant Background Disclaimer

NY Minute Dating and Pro Singles Events USA LLC wish to make the following explicitly clear to all participants:

  1. No Background Checks: We do not conduct background checks on participants regarding their criminal history, education level, marital status, or any other personal information. As such, we cannot provide any assurances or guarantees concerning the background of individuals who attend our events.

  2. Marital Status: Individuals who are currently married are not permitted to attend our events. Our events are intended for singles who are genuinely unattached. If you are separated and in the process of divorce, you may attend our events, provided the separation is bona fide and you are pursuing divorce.

  3. Responsibility and Due Diligence: Participants are encouraged to exercise their own due diligence and judgment when interacting with others at our events. NY Minute Dating is not responsible for verifying the personal information or relationship status of any participant.

  4. Self-Conducted Checks: Should you wish to conduct background checks on other participants, you may do so independently and at your own expense. Please note that NY Minute Dating and Pro Singles Events USA LLC will not assist or cooperate with such background checks. We respect the privacy of all participants and maintain a policy of non-involvement in personal verification processes.
By participating in our events, you agree to undertake any such background checks at your own discretion, understanding that NY Minute Dating holds no responsibility for the outcome or accuracy of these checks.

By participating in our events, you acknowledge and accept that NY Minute Dating does not screen or verify the background or marital status of participants. You agree to engage in our events with an understanding of this perspective and not hold NY Minute Dating or Pro Singles Events USA LLC responsible for the actions or representations of other participants.

Privacy and Confidentiality

NY Minute Dating respects your privacy. We will only share your name, email, and phone number with your "matches" – participants who have mutually expressed interest. By registering for an event or using our website, you consent to this exchange of information.

Event Categories and Participant Expectations

You acknowledge that while NY Minute Dating endeavors to categorize events accurately (e.g., "Single Professionals," "Singles with Advanced Degrees," ethnic-specific events, etc.), we do not conduct background checks to verify a participant's employment, education level, or ethnicity. A small percentage (less than 10%) of participants may not fall within the advertised category. You agree to sign up for events that align with your self-identified category and within the recommended ages. No refunds or credits will be provided if you meet individuals outside the description of the event.

Guarantee and Mutual Match Policy

NY Minute Dating offers a Guarantee: If you do not meet someone you are interested in during an event (indicated by not selecting anyone on our website), you are eligible for a free entry to another event. You must request this within 5 days post-event. Failure to pick anyone indicates you didn't meet a match, and hence you are eligible for this offer. However, if you select someone, it indicates interest, and you will not be eligible for the free event. We make no guarantee of a mutual match at our events.

Website Use

The content on NYMinuteDating.com, including images and text, is copyrighted and proprietary. Downloading, sharing, or reproducing any content without permission is strictly prohibited. Competitors or industry professionals are forbidden from using our website for market research or competitive analysis without explicit consent from the President of NY Minute Dating.

Property and Liability

You are responsible for your belongings during and after our events. While we will assist in the recovery of lost or stolen items, NY Minute Dating is not liable for any loss or damage.

Special Offers and Promotions

NY Minute Dating occasionally offers special pricing based on gender, ethnicity, or lifestyle preferences. The decision to offer these specials is at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of any damage or injury, our liability is limited to the price of the ticket you purchased. Legal action may be taken against you for chargebacks that violate our terms and conditions and and you will be responsible for covering the associated expenses.

Health and Safety Acknowledgment (COVID-19)

By participating in our events, you acknowledge the health risks associated with infectious diseases like COVID-19 and agree to adhere to all safety measures, including social distancing and wearing face coverings. NY Minute Dating cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. You should not participate in our events if you have recently experienced COVID-19 symptoms, traveled to high-risk areas, or been exposed to the virus. You agree to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and release NY Minute Dating from any claims or liabilities related to

Non-Disparagement Clause

The participant agrees that, prior to posting any reviews, comments, or public complaints about NY Minute Dating, they will first contact the company directly to discuss and resolve any issues. This is to ensure that the company has an opportunity to address any concerns without public disparagement.

Should the participant breach this agreement by making disparaging remarks or publishing negative reviews online without first providing the company with the opportunity to resolve the matter, the participant agrees to be held responsible for any damages incurred by the company as a result of such actions, up to $1,000 per person who has viewed such disparaging content. This amount represents a genuine pre-estimate of the losses NY Minute Dating or Pro Singles Events USA LLC would incur in such circumstances.

The participant acknowledges that this non-disparagement clause is a material term of this agreement, the breach of which would cause irreparable harm to NY Minute Dating or Pro Singles Events USA LLC. All disputes arising under this clause will be settled by arbitration in the state of New York, with any costs associated with such arbitration to be borne by the client, not NY Minute Dating or Pro Singles Events USA LLC.

Severability Clause

If any provision of this agreement, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of this agreement. The remaining parts of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect as if the agreement had been executed with the invalid or unenforceable provision eliminated.
